At CXY Wigs, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item has not been cut, colored, bleached, or chemically processed
  • The original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Wigs that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Wig accessories (wig stands, caps, etc.) for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the item
  3. Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
